HerBiz Compass is an AI-powered coaching app for women entrepreneurs. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Profile info you enter (name, business name, industry) — stored locally on your device.
- Conversations & prompts you send to Paulette, processed by our AI provider to generate responses.
- Usage data such as how many questions you ask per day, used to enforce free-plan limits.
- Payment info handled by our payment processor — we never see your card number.
How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, personalize your coach, manage your plan, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
Messages you send to Paulette are transmitted to our AI provider to generate replies. Do not share confidential information you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI service.
Local storage
Most of your content (profile, saved plans, lessons completed) lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data will erase it.
Your rights
You can edit your profile, export your plans, and contact us anytime to request deletion of any data we hold about you.
Children
HerBiz Compass is not intended for users under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app.
